Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- No prior experience required, but strong motivation to learn and interest in finance, risk management, or compliance essential (previous financial operations experience a plus)

Responsibilities
- Participate in various financing transaction stages, including eligibility assessment, financing requests, and payment allocation
- Become familiar with company policies and regulations for financial transactions; support fraud checks, credit limit monitoring, and buyback processing
- Learn to efficiently identify and address operational issues with a focus on customer service
- Propose and support the implementation of solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency
- Assist in creating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and processes
