Requirements

  • Preparing a Bac Professionnel or Bac Technologique in Restauration or an année de mise à niveau du BTS MHR
  • Placing customer satisfaction at the heart of actions

  • Awareness of necessary schedule flexibility, including weekdays, weekends, and hours from 6:00 to 2:00

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking: peel and cut fruits and vegetables, prepare meats and fish for cooking, oil pans and pots, etc
  • Follow technical sheets and chef's directives to plate dishes or stock buffets
  • Perfect knowledge and learn new hot or cold recipes by rotating through all kitchen positions
  • Participate in storeroom management and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
