Requirements

  • Preparing a Licence-level diploma (STAPS, Coach sportif) oriented towards Education and Motricity or Training and Performance, or a BPJEPS training in fitness activities
  • Knowledge in sports activities, and possibly in the field of performance arts and relaxation
  • Fluent in French (C1 level) and intermediate level in English (B2)
  • Solid knowledge of IT tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Office Pack) and mastery of digital tools (social networks, video editing...)
  • Recognized for benevolence and active listening, ability to adapt to interlocutors and demonstrate pedagogy
  • Awareness of necessary schedule flexibility: work weekdays and weekends, from 7:00 to 18:00
  • Availability for a 4 to 6-month internship starting between November 2025 and January 2026

Responsibilities

  • Act on the well-being of Cast Members and contribute to operational excellence
  • Ensure the reporting of information necessary for assessing the development of Cast Members
  • Sensitize Cast Members to regular warm-up practice and physical activity
  • Animate collective and individual warm-up sessions before activities, muscle strengthening, and stretching
  • Follow and co-animate individualized sports programs under the supervision of a referent sports coach
  • Ensure a secure environment while controlling the compliance and cleanliness of equipment provided for practice
