Requirements

  • Preparing at minimum a Licence in Management Hôtellerie / Restauration (Bac +3)
  • Recognized for strong communication skills and ability to animate and unite a team daily with exemplarity
  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Intermediate level in English (B1)
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility regarding working days and hours
  • Ease in relational interactions and excellent communication

Responsibilities

  • Master and perform independently all tasks of the Employé.e de Restauration Front role while respecting Disneyland Paris quality standards (e.g., cashiering, order preparation)
  • Permanently respect hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) and supervise compliance with procedures related to the AGEC law
  • Participate in the integration and training of new collaborators
  • Organize, distribute, follow, and control the team's work (30 to 90 collaborators) through on-site presence and constant dialogue
  • Instill daily motivation in the team in close collaboration with the manager
  • Coordinate service and support Front Restauration employees by communicating operational information and ensuring product quality
