Preparing at minimum a Licence in Management Hôtellerie / Restauration (Bac +3)
Recognized for strong communication skills and ability to animate and unite a team daily with exemplarity
Fluent in French (C2 level)
Intermediate level in English (B1)
Strong adaptability and flexibility regarding working days and hours
Ease in relational interactions and excellent communication
Responsibilities
Master and perform independently all tasks of the Employé.e de Restauration Front role while respecting Disneyland Paris quality standards (e.g., cashiering, order preparation)
Permanently respect hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) and supervise compliance with procedures related to the AGEC law
Participate in the integration and training of new collaborators
Organize, distribute, follow, and control the team's work (30 to 90 collaborators) through on-site presence and constant dialogue
Instill daily motivation in the team in close collaboration with the manager
Coordinate service and support Front Restauration employees by communicating operational information and ensuring product quality
