Candidates must be a law student seeking a 6-month internship with a specialization in labor and social law. Knowledge of social protection law is appreciated, along with strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR teams. Candidates should demonstrate rigor, pragmatism, and pedagogical skills to effectively support internal clients, as well as discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
The intern will prepare meetings for Employee Representative Bodies and participate in developing the social agenda for the year, including the implementation of the BDESE and renegotiation of mutual insurance contracts. They will provide legal advice to HR teams on daily issues, act as a liaison with law firms for international HR matters, and participate in projects impacting social and legal aspects within the company. Additionally, the intern will conduct legal monitoring in social law by analyzing legal, conventional, and jurisprudential updates.
