Job Description

The Staffing/PEO (Professional Employer Organization) Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing business relationships, prioritizing business needs, and facilitating support for Employer Services Staffing and PEO clients, as well as new business. Success in this role will be demonstrated by acting as the client's advocate, driving a superior customer experience with professional insight, and fostering potential for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients to understand their environments and processes.
  • Identify existing and potential applications for Experian Employer Services products and services.
  • Serve as a client liaison between the client and internal departments.
  • Prioritize client requests and utilize appropriate support mechanisms.
  • Support the renewal of existing business and implement retention strategies.
  • Gather data and insights regarding client usage, ensuring it meets projected levels.
  • Coordinate service deliverables based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with and advise leadership regarding expansion opportunities and assignments.
  • Inform and educate clients on new and existing projects.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Relationship Management.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience or a business development background with a strong customer focus.
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort in developing and managing senior-level client relationships.
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel.
