Requirements

  • Visionary leadership to balance innovation with governance in AI and technology
  • Experience leading enterprise governance maturity, responsible automation, and operational excellence at scale
  • Ability to transform governance from oversight to impact function
  • Leadership of Technology Solutions Governance Office (TSGO) with team scope of 15+
  • Expertise in AI enablement, adoption of intelligent assistance (IA) and generative AI tools
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks, including fairness, transparency, and human oversight
  • Skills in governance automation, risk, compliance, and integrating practices into cohesive operating models
  • Ability to coordinate across enterprise governance bodies (EDAIG, RAI Office, Data Governance)
  • Partnership experience with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on emerging technologies and regulations
  • Capability to develop enterprise AI dashboards, success metrics, and data-driven insights
  • In-office presence at least 3 days per week in preferred locations (Indianapolis, IN; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Washington, D.C.) or alternate locations within commuting distance

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide enablement and adoption of intelligent assistance (IA) and generative AI tools, including education, access management, and measurement for productivity gains
  • Advance automation and AI-enhanced decision support to improve operations
  • Evolve enterprise governance model with clear roles, accountability, SLAs, and automation
  • Integrate governance, risk, and compliance into a cohesive operating model balancing control and agility
  • Deliver improvements in responsiveness, decision quality, and operational performance
  • Lead integration of tools into Responsible AI framework, embedding fairness, transparency, and oversight
  • Drive AI governance automation for reviews and compliance reporting
  • Champion ethical and compliant use of AI-generated content
  • Strengthen coordination across governance bodies to align standards, policies, and performance
  • Guide evolution of AI Policy and Procedure Library for consistency and adoption
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk for oversight of technologies and regulations
  • Provide leadership with AI dashboards tracking adoption, risk, compliance, and value
  • Define and govern success metrics for operational excellence, responsible AI maturity, and workforce enablement
  • Deliver key outputs: Enterprise AI Enablement & Governance Operating Model, Responsible AI Integration Roadmap, Enterprise Intelligent Assistance Adoption Dashboard, AI Policy & Procedure Library
