Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or products from inception to launch
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences, including executive leadership
  • Comfortable in a global business with a presence in multiple markets and desire to scale it further
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles, thoughtfully and constructively challenge and influence others
  • Understanding of how functionality comes together across products and platforms to deliver user value, with ability to identify/mitigate delivery risks proactively and propose/drive technical solutions
  • Comfortable diving deep into data to make decisions in complex situations with no clear "right answer"

Responsibilities

  • Lead Monzo's launch across multiple new European countries over 2025 and beyond
  • Drive the end-to-end market expansion program with technical expertise and leadership
  • Report to the VP of Engineering and work closely with the EU leadership team
  • Collaborate with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure Monzo’s successful European rollout
