  • Several years of experience as a TPM or in a comparable role, with a track record of successfully delivering cloud architectures.
  • A record of successfully leading critical engineering initiatives that involve multiple teams with competing priorities and timelines.
  • Proven experience influencing cross-functional engineering teams, even without direct authority.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • Proven program management experience with outstanding organizational and execution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Passion for collaborative problem-solving and driving results through teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering or comparable fields.

Work Arrangement & Sponsorship

  • Work Arrangement: This role is based remotely. However, if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford, or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at a minimum.
