Requirements

7+ years of technical program management experience, working directly with product management and hardware/firmware/software engineering teams
Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex (many stakeholders) schedules on time, on-budget, and with high quality
Strong technical background with experience in facilitating discussions & contributing to design decisions surrounding firmware, cloud services, and mobile applications
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical details across technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to influence teams without authority, effectively manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Up to 10% travel within the United States and globally for key on-site activities
Preferred: 3+ years of software development experience
Preferred: Experience in the micro-mobility, bicycle, automotive, or related industries

Responsibilities

Align & influence key stakeholders in Product Management, Hardware Engineering, Firmware/Software Engineering, and Operations to drive roadmap planning and execution of large-scale programs
Lead cross-functional development from concept to delivery, overseeing software deliverables across globally distributed, cross-organizational teams
Take deep ownership of program outcomes by proactively anticipating risks, identifying dependencies, reducing ambiguity, and eliminating roadblocks that hinder stakeholders from moving forward
Communicate program health updates regularly with senior leadership & executives on schedule, status, risk, and change control
Create and streamline processes & mechanisms that increase efficiency and speed, driving best practices to ensure long-term product success
Mentor & develop within the program management function, raising the bar and standard for the role
