Senior (5 to 8 years)
Extensive experience in systems engineering, site reliability engineering, security engineering, or software development with a strong track record of hands-on delivery in both IT and security domains is required. Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively across multiple business functions, operate autonomously on high-impact projects, and demonstrate strong knowledge of systems integration and automation. Awareness of industry standards and frameworks like CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2, and PCI DSS, along with experience implementing compliance controls, is necessary. Strong cloud security expertise, including identity management, resource configuration, and monitoring, is essential. Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, containerized workloads, and cloud-native deployment paradigms is highly desirable. Familiarity with modern device management, IAM, and EDR solutions (e.g., Okta, Jamf, SentinelOne), as well as collaboration and networking tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Cisco Meraki, Cloudflare Zero Trust), is also expected.
Lead initiatives to automate operational processes, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability with a focus on scalability and security. Partner with IT and InfoSec leadership to design, implement, and optimize integrations across business-critical IT and security systems. Champion compliance with industry best practices and security standards, including CIS Benchmarks, and proactively identify areas for improvement. Support GRC initiatives on control implementation, audit evidence gathering, and efficiency improvements through automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with the Enterprise Technology roadmap. Contribute to the secure configuration and monitoring of AWS cloud infrastructure and work with the Platform team to ensure scalable and reliable security initiatives. Develop and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases. Mentor and support other engineers across InfoSec, IT, and the wider Engineering function.
