Requirements

5+ years of experience in enterprise software
Hands-on technical background with a consultative approach
Expert in implementing the full software development lifecycle with multiple years of experience in an enterprise environment
Experienced developing in at least one of our supported languages: Java, .NET, Go, JS, Python, PHP, NodeJS, Ruby, Rails, iOS, or Android
Able to guide customers and teammates in implementation of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices
Delivered on teams through development process transformation
Learn and synthesize large amounts of information and adept at acquiring the context needed to make prescriptive recommendations to customers
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the discipline and focus to know where attention is most needed
Self-starter and excited to take on hard problems
Passionate about helping customers and have a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

Leverage deep technical expertise and a consultative approach to understand customer needs, gather detailed requirements, and influence key decisions that drive successful outcomes
Lead Professional Services engagements designed to optimize clients’ software delivery processes, aligning their strategies with industry best practices for improved efficiency and innovation
Provide guidance on software development best practices, advising customers on how to harness LaunchDarkly to accelerate software delivery while minimizing risk and enhancing quality
Foster a robust technical partnership between LaunchDarkly and its customers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing value across all touchpoints
Identify and resolve technical obstacles that hinder value realization, enabling customers to achieve their objectives more effectively
Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly, continuously evolving your knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends
Act as a key advocate for customers, synthesizing and conveying their feedback to Product and Engineering teams, driving the development of solutions that support both customer success and company objectives
