We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software AI Engineer with development experience and a background in the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain. This role combines application development with advanced AI capabilities. You will work on the ServiceNow platform, utilize AIA Studio for low-code AI workflows, and build intelligent solutions using technologies such as Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Graphs (KGs). Your contributions will transform how sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams operate.
