Our Digital Technology Go-To-Market team is building a world-class, AI-powered Go-To-Market CRM. This system provides sellers with real-time, data-driven guidance from lead to cash, integrated directly within the Now Platform. Leveraging Agentic AI and GenAI, our applications automate outreach, deal orchestration, and post-sale hand-offs, creating an exceptional experience for our sellers. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX engineers, shipping features at SaaS speed and global scale. We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software AI Engineer with development experience and a background in the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain. This role combines application development with advanced AI capabilities. You will work on the ServiceNow platform, utilize AIA Studio for low-code AI workflows, and build intelligent solutions using technologies such as Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Knowledge Graphs (KGs). Your contributions will transform how sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams operate.

  • ServiceNow Engineering: Develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, specifically for GTM use cases like sales enablement, lead management, and partner operations.
  • AIA Studio Development: Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows, integrate machine learning models, and streamline decision-making in GTM processes.
  • AI System Design: Design AI-powered systems utilizing LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to deliver contextual insights and automation.
  • RAG + KG Solutions: Build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to provide sales teams with relevant, real-time data to help close deals.
  • Agentic Workflows: Implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution, such as lead routing, customer scoring, and improving deal velocity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Business Operations teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
  • Scalability & Reliability: Build resilient, secure, and high-performance systems adhering to industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Contribute to team success through mentorship, design discussions, and by setting high standards for code quality and innovation.
