Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or similar is required, along with experience in designing and implementing scalable systems. Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud technologies is also preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will mentor teammates, design and implement scalable, reliable, and highly available systems, prioritize end-user experience, balance trade-offs, manage deliverables, foster efficient teamwork, establish and uphold quality standards, and participate in daily stand-ups and mentoring activities. You will also contribute to the development of LLM-powered productivity tools for analytics engineers and ensure the overall reliability of the service.
