Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs are essential, as is experience with product management and design. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will take ownership over a large portion of one of Ashby’s products, researching competitors, writing product specs, creating wireframes, and implementing features end-to-end. You will design and build automated features, such as interview scheduling, and develop generalized filter architectures. Additionally, you will spec, design, and implement features that allow users to complete signing offers, contributing to the overall product development and innovation within the company.
