Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of management experience in engineering and 8+ years of product development experience building rich user experiences for scalable products, ideally in web applications. Proficiency in modern web technologies such as React, Redux, Node.js, GraphQL, Jest, Storybook, Webpack, i18n/l10n, and a11y is required. A strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and a belief in writing clean, testable, and maintainable code are essential.

Responsibilities

The Staff Software Engineer - Frontend will lead a team of engineers working on front-end technologies, responsible for the design, development, and delivery of next-generation user experiences. Responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional team members to develop and maintain a roadmap, leading technical direction and architecture, and facilitating coordination of multiple scrum teams. The role involves driving practices in training, development, and efficiencies, diagnosing and resolving systemic obstacles, building a culture of continuous learning, educating and advocating for engineering best practices, and recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineers.
