Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and at least 5 years of experience building in AWS, utilizing Terraform. A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects from inception to production scaling are essential. Experience in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to continuous learning and mastery of one's craft is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with Python (Flask), Terraform, Azure, GCP, and improving developer experience and security in multi-service deployments.

Responsibilities

The Staff Software Engineer will drive the cloud security roadmap by reviewing cloud deployments and identifying areas for improvement. They will design and build security-focused infrastructure primitives, integrating them into existing products and development processes. Responsibilities also include leading the remediation of prioritized issues across the technology stack and partnering with infrastructure, data, and devops teams to design and deploy inherently secure solutions.
