Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in software engineering and a proven track record of architecting and developing solutions for ambiguous problems with significant impact. Experience with Blockchain technology, decomposing monoliths into microservices, building financial or security systems, and crypto-forward experience are considered nice to have.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop distributed systems, provide technical structure to teams, and collaborate with management and stakeholders on strategic roadmaps. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, mentor team members on design and coding standards, and design and implement foundational infrastructure components. Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs and customize the app for local markets in Latin America.
