Requirements

8+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact

Responsibilities

Act as tech lead for the first 6 months, focusing on technical projects and directly contributing to code
Spend at least 25% of time as a strong individual contributor, driving engineering quality and velocity
Build high-performance services using Golang and gRPC, creating seamless integrations
Serve as a thoughtful technical voice, aiding in architectural decisions and fostering high-quality code and processes
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver and operate multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define strategic product roadmaps and impact international expansion
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with technical expertise
Mentor and coach team members on system design techniques and coding standards
Write high quality, well tested code to meet customer needs
