Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building robust and performant infrastructure to support public APIs, webhooks, and the developer ecosystem, ensuring the Outreach platform’s scalability and reliability. You will contribute to the design and implementation of new features, maintain existing codebases, and participate in testing, deployments, and production support, while leveraging tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Honeycomb, and Datadog.
