Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer.
  • Skills:
    • Strong collaboration and excellent communication (written and verbal).
    • A blend of technical ability and a deep understanding of product excellence.
    • Ability to solve novel problems and think critically to determine the best solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build tools and automation to assist users with employment compliance management.
  • Integrate APIs and develop data pipelines.
  • Create API endpoints to support applications and partners.
  • Design, implement, and iterate on new features from inception.
  • Synthesize user feedback to inform future development.
  • Establish foundational elements for future engineering and product development.
  • Set up initial infrastructure and continuous integration workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and founding team to build prototypes and MVPs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $150,000 - $195,000 (plus equity).
