  • Solve Ambiguous, High-Impact Problems: Lead on complex technical challenges, breaking down large-scale problems into actionable plans
  • Elevate the Engineering Bar: Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, lead design discussions, and champion best practices
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive technical alignment across engineering, product, and design teams
  • Champion Innovation & Pragmatism: Explore, prototype, and advocate for new technologies, including AI
