Architect & Build Foundational Systems: Design, build, and operate the core architecture of the AI Adoption Platform, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and extensible
Drive Technical Strategy: Partner with engineering and product leadership to define the long-term technical roadmap and make critical decisions
Solve Ambiguous, High-Impact Problems: Lead on complex technical challenges, breaking down large-scale problems into actionable plans
Elevate the Engineering Bar: Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, lead design discussions, and champion best practices
Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive technical alignment across engineering, product, and design teams
Champion Innovation & Pragmatism: Explore, prototype, and advocate for new technologies, including AI
