Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
  • Proven expertise in Java, Scala, and clean architecture principles
  • Experience with Campaign Execution systems and Generative AI (strong plus)
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and “always-up” systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and container orchestration tools like Argo CD
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A mindset of curiosity, ownership, and relentless focus on solving real customer problems with high-quality software

Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and deploy critical components of a new Agentic App, delivering production-grade solutions
  • Translate high-level product goals into actionable engineering tasks and technical plans
  • Evaluate and advocate for the right tools, frameworks, and technologies
  • Write clean, testable, and scalable code; conduct peer reviews and drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to launch customer-centric features
  • Communicate effectively with leadership to align on goals and priorities
  • Act as a technical leader and mentor, fostering growth across the team
