Staff Software Engineer at Collate

The salary range is $180K - $240K.

The position is onsite.

Requirements include 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, experience with data models in relational databases, a 'T-shaped' skillset with depth in at least one area, and familiarity or interest in Typescript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, or Next.js.

As an early employee, you'll contribute heavily to building the company’s team and culture, working on zero to one projects in a high-growth startup with team members from Airbnb, Google, Brex, and LiveRamp.

Strong candidates have 6+ years of engineering experience, a strong desire to understand customer problems, experience breaking down ambiguous projects, and a thoughtful perspective on engineering best practices.
