Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferred specialized training, or a relevant professional qualification. Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, .NET, Java, or Python is required, along with familiarity with AI tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure Cognitive Services. Experience delivering full stack applications in a leadership capacity and experience crafting technical documentation for strategic and executive audiences are also necessary.

Responsibilities

This Staff Software Development Engineer will lead end-to-end technical design and development across the full stack, champion security principles, identify and resolve technical debt, serve as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership by delivering presentations and articulating technical concepts, prepare executive-facing documentation, and collaborate with both business and technical teams to define requirements and ensure alignment. The role also involves actively participating in solutioning, architecture reviews, code development, and deployment activities, as well as owning and driving functional aspects of project delivery while championing technical best practices and mentoring junior developers.
