A Bachelor's degree or 8+ years equivalent experience in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or Physics is required, or an MS with 6+ years’ experience in product development, development, and manufacturing.
Key skills include proficiency in PCBA CAD build software such as Altium, experience with 32-bit microcontrollers, DSPs, ADCs, DACs, analog and digital circuitry development, communication protocols, and PCBA layout with EMC mitigation.
You will work closely with R&D, product development, quality, and procurement to mitigate risk in the PCBA supply base, lead a team of electrical engineers, manage projects, and identify risk components with alternate solutions.
