  • Proficiency in developing and aligning on-site and off-site marketing plans
  • Ability to set measurable product marketing goals, track progress, and make continuous improvement recommendations
  • Presence in Etsy's Brooklyn Office once or twice per week (candidates within commutable distance prioritized)

Responsibilities

  • Own the seller product marketing strategy for Inventory experiences to help sellers manage shops and meet buyer needs
  • Narrate the seller journey, uncover seller insights, and identify key seller needs to focus product roadmaps on business opportunities
  • Lead competitive analysis on seller and/or inventory product experiences to inform go-to-market plans
  • Partner with product, marketing, and brand teams to determine what, where, how, and to whom to market key features and launches, considering seller needs and business objectives
  • Define target audience, craft clear positioning statements, and articulate Etsy's unique value proposition for sellers
  • Serve as a key collaborator between Product and Marketing organizations
  • Develop and align on-site and off-site marketing plans with channel owners and the broader marketing team
  • Set clear, measurable product marketing goals and track progress, providing continuous recommendations for improvement
