Requirements

Shape the vision and evolution of the software development experience, practices, and automation for harnessing public clouds and cloud native solutions
Partner with other Product Managers from Internal Developer Platforms and Experience team
Define how Box should operate in SW development space, including infrastructure, SW platforms, frameworks, and tools needed
Seamlessly integrate continuous deployment and delivery into Box end-to-end SW development user journeys and pipelines implementations
Continuously measure, collect, and analyze feedback on developer experience initiatives
Promote new platform capabilities, best practices, and create opportunities for developers to connect, learn, and collaborate
Utilize insights and data to iterate and improve the effectiveness of programs, processes, and tools
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to developer productivity
Translate product strategy into a tangible roadmap outlining key features, initiatives, and milestones
Identify and prioritize key areas for improvement and innovation based on strategic impact on productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction of development teams
Collaborate with stakeholders, including development teams, project managers, and executive leadership to build and deliver products and communicate value

Responsibilities

Take ownership and focus on creating a seamless and delightful SW development experience for engineers, enabling high-quality software builds and effective innovation
Provide a solid “paved path” and infrastructure for engineers to deliver enterprise-grade products meeting quality, security, global, and in-region compliance requirements
