Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Growth Product Manager or in a similar role with a focus on user flow optimization, ideally within the fintech or payments industry
  • Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the domain. Define the product roadmap, prioritising features based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure the product meets all regulatory requirements set by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and other relevant bodies for e-money issuance in the UK. This includes understanding and implementing directives like PSD2 and ensuring KYC/AML compliance
  • Define the end-to-end user journey. Work with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and seamless experience for users
  • Develop and execute the GTM plan. Work with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a successful launch and adoption among our existing merchant base and new customers
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product. Monitor product performance post-launch, using data analytics to identify areas for improvement and iteration
  • Gain a deep understanding of Checkout.com’s customers, be them end-customers or developers, and businesses themselves
  • Build strong relationships across your network, particularly with engineering
  • Foster a team culture that upholds Checkout.com’s operating principles
