Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas

Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments
Conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy, helping to craft compelling narratives that support the vision and objectives
Identify and lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact
Enhance the influence of the Design organization by working openly, sharing customer insights, communicating design solutions, and improving the ways we work
Mentor other designers, helping to refine concepts and elevate design quality
Contribute to and refine our design system to ensure it aligns with strategic goals while maintaining consistent, high-quality design standards
