Responsibilities

  • Own design initiatives with a “seat at the table” from Day 1, providing strong opinions valued by partners and peers
  • Conduct discovery and deliver designs for complex workflows in digital experiences, guided by success metrics
  • Drive alignment, set goals, and build understanding and motivation across teams and partners
  • Design compelling user journeys, scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs centered on deep user understanding
  • Mentor other designers to grow the UX team and culture
  • Collaborate on strategy and vision with partners, leaders, and teams
  • Balance scope, speed, and quality to deliver end-to-end from discovery to high-fidelity screens and engineering handoff
  • Put customers at the center to help brands meet the needs of over a billion end users
