Requirements
- Provides comprehensive patient care to members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders
- Administers immunizations
- Counsels members regarding health care and prescription medication needs
- Maintains confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation
- Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas
- Analyzes and interprets reports
- Implements and monitors loss prevention and safety controls
- Oversees safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews

Responsibilities
- Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper Member service approaches and techniques to ensure Member needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards
- Maintains confidential information, documentation, and assigned records as required by Company policies and local, State, and Federal guidelines
- Strengthens the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others, and recognizes contributions
- Holds oneself and others accountable and supports Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company
