Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive patient care to members
- Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper Member service approaches and techniques to resolve Member needs, complaints, and issues within Company guidelines and standards
- Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas
- Maintains confidential information, documentation, and assigned records as required by Company policies and local, State, and Federal guidelines
- Creates a workplace culture of belonging and opportunities for associates to thrive
