Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience with Python, focusing on scalable and maintainable code, and demonstrate proficiency in training and deploying models using PyTorch and TensorFlow, including experience with YOLOv8-v11, Transformers, Mask R-CNN, DETR, and Swin Transformers. Strong skills are required in designing workflows for data collection, annotation, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation, as well as distributed GPU training with CUDA and cuDNN. Furthermore, candidates must be proficient in containerization, microservices, and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, along with a solid understanding of Agile practices and Git.

Responsibilities

The Staff Machine Learning Engineer will interact directly with customers to understand their business problems and develop scalable ML/DL solutions, research, develop, and implement state-of-the-art AI and ML solutions, collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and scope, push forward AI technology, communicate results and ideas to customers and stakeholders, foster a healthy team environment, provide technical guidance, and act as a mentor. They will also be responsible for building robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring system reliability and performance.
