Requirements

12–15 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or service governance
Cross-domain infrastructure exposure: network, midrange, cloud, CMDB, DR/BCP, IVM
Strong grasp of LEAN principles and Bowler metric dashboards in IT operations
Experience in project management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent experience preferred)
Working experience on tools like Smartsheet, Buildsmart, ServiceNow, MS Excel, PowerPoint automation into Power BI dashboards, MS Project, Confluence, etc
Proven ability to lead without authority in a matrixed, multi-vendor environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Hands-on experience with compliance governance, audits, and risk controls
Strong documentation, reporting, and C-level communication skills
Demonstrated success as an individual contributor in process-driven roles
Skilled in defining and governing Bowler metrics and performance tracking for IT towers
Strong project management and analytical capabilities
ITIL Foundation or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies

Responsibilities

Define and govern standardized infrastructure processes in collaboration with network, midrange, and IVM tower leads
Act as a process owner and governance lead, monitoring process maturity, risk areas, and cross-domain alignment
Design and drive LEAN Bowler metrics and dashboards to measure infrastructure performance, especially Level 3 IT infrastructures like Network, security, Compute/Storage, Cloud etc
Coordinate process improvement and audit-readiness projects with clear milestones, risks, and success metrics
Track project progress using standard project management methodologies; provide escalation and support as needed
Create executive-ready presentations post derived analytics for governance, risk, and performance reviews
Facilitate governance reviews and forums to present findings, enforce process adherence, and drive accountability
Ensure the team has the facilities, tools, resources, and skills needed to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and delivery of projects
Proactively identify and remove obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
