Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in integration engineering, solutions architecture, or related roles, preferably within high-scale cloud environments. Demonstrated success working with APIs (REST/SOAP), ETL pipelines, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and hybrid integration platforms is required. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with multiple integration/middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Azure Logic Apps, or Apache Camel is necessary, along with proficiency in scripting or programming for integration automation using Python, Java, or Node.js.

Responsibilities

The Staff Integrations Engineer will drive the architecture, implementation, and optimization of business-critical system integrations across enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing applications. This includes designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable integrations leveraging AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools, and developing integration workflows using modern iPaaS and middleware tools. The role involves partnering with Corporate Technology teams, acting as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, supporting customer and internal team needs around SDK/API integration, and ensuring integration pipelines support data quality and operational reporting. Responsibilities also include implementing best practices for secure integrations, ensuring observability through monitoring and alerting tools, and mentoring integration and data engineers while contributing to process improvement initiatives.
