Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of product management experience in Agile environments, with expertise in creating roadmaps, breaking down features into capabilities and epics, and evaluating feasibility. A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform's capabilities, modules, and features is required, along with proficiency in Agile and ServiceNow development. Experience with Large Language Models and AI technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with core ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

The Staff Inbound Product Manager will guide roadmap development and feature prioritization for the AI Agent Platform, aligning with business and user needs. They will stay current with emerging trends in AI and platform technologies, offering research-based recommendations. Responsibilities include rapidly designing and prototyping technical solutions using AI frameworks, partnering with cross-functional teams to co-develop and launch innovative proofs of concept, and clearly presenting these solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. The role also involves gathering feedback for continuous improvement, engaging directly with customers to co-create solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to define and track success metrics for future efforts.
