Requirements

Candidates should possess experience scaling and enhancing existing platform systems, such as a Java Runtime/JDK, Platform Caching, Resource Management, Elasticity & Scale of Infrastructure (Virtual & Dedicated), and a strong understanding of enterprise customer needs. Experience with data-driven decision making through logs, performance, and usage analytics is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Inbound Product Manager, you will deliver customer value by defining product vision, roadmap, and requirements to meet enterprise customers' needs, and be the voice of the customer providing a business perspective. You will also work cross-functionally with engineering and stakeholders, guide teams to focus on enhancing customer outcomes, drive enhancements and efficiencies for services used by every ServiceNow customer, and help define the future of long-term scalability and performance of the Now Platform.
