Responsibilities

As a Staff Engineer / Technology Lead (Front-end), you will support Kraft Heinz’s digital transformation by implementing strategies, utilizing cutting-edge technology, and driving data-driven innovation to enhance consumer engagement and maximize business value. You will contribute to the development of composable architecture, modern engineering practices, and AI, cloud computing, and customer data solutions, specifically supporting initiatives such as the What’s Cooking App, brand site re-building, and the Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation. You will also participate in scrum and sprint cadences, and contribute to retrospectives to ensure desired outcomes are met within a ‘One Team’ pod structure that emphasizes a safe, empowered, respectful, and fun community.
