Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or comparable experience
  • 10-12 years of experience in a DevOps role
  • Proven experience in supporting CI/CD, Build systems, Automations, Infrastructure
  • Experience with cloud IaC - Terraform/Pulumi/Crossplane
  • Experience administrating K8s
  • Experience and knowledge in Git, REST API, Jenkins/Tekton/Github Actions, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Monitoring, CMake
  • Knowledge with the following development languages - Groovy, Python, Bash, Golang
  • High level of Linux server administration skills
  • High level of oral and written communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively in a global organization

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions for infrastructure and automations
  • Provide standards and expertise for development processes
  • Act as a tech lead and mentor to the global DevOps group
  • Maintain and enhance Dockerized based environments
  • Develop & Optimize CI/CD pipelines
  • Support the group with packaging, customizing and automation efforts
  • Streamline dev. process to simple, elegant process which can run on multiple platforms
  • Support the group developers with environment queries, automation requirements, platform solutions
  • Optimize branching strategies and Git operations for traceability and ease of use for the developers
  • Manage system configuration using configuration management tools
  • Contribute to cloud solutions for the group
  • Maintain the groups storage resources and services
