Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure and automation. Experience with AWS and a desire to transition to GCP are essential, along with a solid understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will lead the strategic migration from AWS to GCP, owning the end-to-end process and ensuring cost efficiency, high availability, and performance. You will bridge knowledge gaps across teams through coaching and define standards for CI/CD, engineer multi-region solutions for resilience and disaster recovery, modernize the architecture by championing microservices, and drive innovation by shaping the DevOps roadmap and implementing advanced strategies to ensure a secure, compliant, and future-proof platform.
