Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, complex data analysis projects and develop strategic insights to address key business challenges
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define a data strategy and priority
Design and optimize an advanced statistical model, dashboard, and reporting framework for enterprise-wide use
Mentor other analysts and drive best practices in data storytelling, analysis, and visualization
Perform statistical modeling and data analysis to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations that identify trends and patterns of business importance
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and presenting data to influence decision-making
Perform other job duties as assigned
