Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. They must have at least 8 years of analytical experience in e-commerce, demonstrating a strong understanding of business, staffing, and turnover trends. Experience with forecasting models and commission plan design is also required.
The Staff Analyst will build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor the performance of Angi’s sales organization, review business trends, develop forecasting models, design and implement sales commission plans, support the sales compensation process, analyze sales performance data, conduct in-depth analysis of sales team performance metrics, develop profitability models, work cross-functionally with various teams, build analytics plans for testing and launch, present findings to leadership, identify risks, ensure data integrity, mentor junior analysts, and stay current with industry trends.
