  • Present and drive alignment with Senior Leadership across all lines of business on ad technology innovations
  • Define and execute the technical vision for current and future ML capabilities as it relates to ad recommendations, with a focus on GenAI and Agentic systems
  • Design and develop large-scale AI systems, leveraging expertise to evolve current systems and create competitive advantages in ad tech
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and challenges, identifying opportunities and risks to inform technical decisions and drive innovation
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to data scientists and engineers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Exhibit intellectual curiosity, intrinsic drive, decisiveness, and resilience in navigating technical ambiguity and complexity
