Detail-oriented individual capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting deadlines
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including Investor Relations, Legal, Human Resources, Tax, and Financial Planning and Analysis
Expected to work hybrid schedule from Marlborough, MA corporate headquarters on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week
Responsibilities
Preparation of SEC reporting documents (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Form 4 filings) and completion of inputs into the annual proxy statement
Preparation of quarterly financial statements and tie-out package, including consolidated balance sheet, statement of operations and comprehensive income, statement of cash flows, and statement of stockholders’ equity
Management of the quarterly reporting team calendar and request list, gathering support from stakeholders, and preparing/consolidating detailed footnote support files
Assistance in preparation and review of quarterly earnings release and support for Investor Relations deliverables and tie-outs
Assistance with accounting research, preparation of white papers and memos, including analysis of recently issued accounting pronouncements
Assistance with equity incentive accounting, including monthly stock-based compensation entries, coordination of annual grant cycle with Legal and HR, and partnering with equity plan administrator for grants, vesting, and transactions
Drafting Form 4 filings for Section 16 officers and tracking share-based activity
Coordination with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit, including uploading support, responding to inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks and planning documents
Assistance in streamlining processes and contributing to continuous improvement projects
