Responsibilities

Conduct daily walk-throughs of the office and shop spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and full functionality, and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues
Monitor and efficiently restock office supplies, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure shared spaces are ready for immediate use
Assist proactively with safety meeting setup, signage updates, and the coordination of training or inspections to maintain a safe workplace
Help coordinate team lunches, celebrations, and site events, managing setup, catering, and cleanup; assist with employee recognition programs and team-building activities
Set up workspaces, prepare Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and arrange welcome materials for new hires and visiting employees
Support and maintain relationships with vendors such as janitorial, catering, and supply services to ensure smooth, high-quality operations
Provide day-to-day assistance to the Senior Workplace Manager and local leadership on projects, site initiatives, and overall workplace improvements
