Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily walk-throughs of the office and shop spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and full functionality, and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues
  • Monitor and efficiently restock office supplies, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure shared spaces are ready for immediate use
  • Assist proactively with safety meeting setup, signage updates, and the coordination of training or inspections to maintain a safe workplace
  • Help coordinate team lunches, celebrations, and site events, managing setup, catering, and cleanup; assist with employee recognition programs and team-building activities
  • Set up workspaces, prepare Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and arrange welcome materials for new hires and visiting employees
  • Support and maintain relationships with vendors such as janitorial, catering, and supply services to ensure smooth, high-quality operations
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to the Senior Workplace Manager and local leadership on projects, site initiatives, and overall workplace improvements
