Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience (ideally 5-10 years) with a focus on crafting web experiences that delight users and deliver business objectives
  • Deep experience with Figma, including component libraries, design systems, AI tools, and file organization
  • Ability to lead Figma collaboration process with back-end developers through clear documentation
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Excellent communication and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and teammates
  • Self-directed, ready to establish best practices, mentor early career team members, and support growth of a creative business

Responsibilities

  • Develop user experience strategies that drive engagement and deliver measurable results
  • Help define requirements
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Use expertise in Figma to transform ideas into thoughtful, visually compelling, and intuitive websites
  • Lead end-to-end solutions across a variety of industries (medical, life science, consumer, and industrial categories)
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Researchers, Graphic Designers, Developers, and other UX/UI Designers
  • Work with the Re:Build Tekna Leadership team to build website development best practices, considering AI, eCommerce, and user expectations
