Responsibilities

Represent Gilead's Oncology products and services to a defined customer base in the East LA territory
Generate and grow sales, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets through in-person representation and face-to-face meetings with healthcare practitioners
Establish and develop strong working relationships with healthcare practices, key customers, accounts, and key opinion leaders
Provide timely delivery of disease awareness information, clinical updates, and education on healthcare changes
Prepare a business plan for the territory to achieve goals and initiate systems to monitor sales progress and action plans
Identify patient pathways within oncology offices and facilitate patient access to treatment
Promote assigned products to targeted oncologists and office staff, in-servicing all staff on safe and appropriate drug administration, and awareness of Gilead patient services
Partner with Medical Scientists, Marketing, and Market Access on cross-functional projects to drive sales and patient adoption
Demonstrate leadership among peers by modeling compliance, behavior, and conduct
Assist in identifying and resolving issues and opportunities, communicating proactively to Marketing and Sales management
Complete necessary administrative tasks promptly, such as updating customer database and expenses
Ensure compliance with Gilead commercial compliance policy, all applicable federal and state laws, and guidance relating to product promotion
