Expertise in understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation
Ability to develop/execute Manufacturing solutions that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy customer requirements
Ability to establish an area of technical specialty and mentor others on the team
Discipline-specific understanding of Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications / cross-discipline or supplier coordination
Ability to lead others and execute responsibilities in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes
Ability to guide use of appropriate tools for creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production
Ability to apply process improvement or troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain test equipment to ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products
Develop/execute Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements
Establish an area of technical specialty and mentor others on the team (in-discipline)
Guide use of appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production
Serve as a technical and/or project team lead with discipline-specific understanding of support for full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications / cross-discipline or supplier coordination
Lead others, executing responsibilities in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes
Provide support to direct production line operators
Demonstrate expertise in Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation
Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and contribute to exceeding customer expectations
