Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); master’s degree in Laboratory/Clinical medical preferred
  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Scientific background - Microbiology knowledge
  • 3+ years sales management experience in Hospital and Private Lab environment
  • Excellent professional selling skills to laboratory doctors, clinicians and healthcare professionals
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow business in existing and new Cepheid accounts and achieve sales goals
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with Key Accounts
  • Introduce and develop new testing in Point Of Care
  • Develop and implement customer specific action plans
  • Work closely with Field Application Specialists and Field Service Engineers
  • Promote Cepheid products to current and potential customers within assigned accounts in Hong Kong and Macau region
